Indie author Philip N. Hancock recently published his first novel, I’m Not The Man I Was: But Time Will Tell. In the tale, Aaron Conroy discovers that he has a slightly altered dream state and an unrealized ability that he will ultimately use to his benefit – he can time travel in his dreams and uses this ability to tweak some problem areas in his past. This is a great science fiction novel in a contemporary setting, examining a number of philosophical conundrums with analogs to everyday life. Primary among them is how much should one get involved in a problem when they believe they know the truth. The answer, Conroy discovers, is not always clear.
